Hello! This is our site’s Privacy Policy, where we will take you on a magical adventure into the merry land of legalese. It’s not nearly as exciting as reading our books or playing 5e, but it is a necessary evil, and one you must have some interest in exploring since you chose to come here. Let’s begin, shall we?

In the event of such interference or contradiction, whichever Privacy Policy is in the sole best interest of MageGate Games Inc. shall prevail and apply to whatever extent is lawful and in our best interest.

MageGate Games Inc. and its founders are participants in numerous affiliate marketing programs, which means we are paid a commission if you purchase anything through said links; such commissions never affect the price which you pay, but rather, are paid out of the seller’s profits. All outbound links should be considered to be affiliate marketing links. What information Amazon, Facebook and/or other third-party sites may get and use your information for is spelled out in that charming legalese they insist upon on their sites. MageGate Games Inc. is not responsible for the policies, practices, and/or security of any sites we do not own or control, including those we have an affiliate or any other kind of relationship with.

It’s a little harder to opt-out of Facebook, but they’ve provided a link to help you do that. 4. Keeping your Personal Data secure

This site is owned and operated by MageGate Games Inc., a US corporation based in the United States of America, whose primary customer base also resides in the USA; as such, we do not actively encourage, promote, or solicit UK or EU citizens to provide their Personal Data to us.
